As an exhibitor at the 14th National Monitoring Conference, you will be a very visible part of the only national conference solely devoted to water monitoring, providing an exceptional setting to mix with potential clients and partners in the water monitoring community. Over 600 water monitoring professionals from all 50 states are expected to attend the 2025 conference.

Lunches and refreshment breaks during exhibit hours will be held in the exhibit hall, Tuesday through Thursday, maximizing traffic and allowing more time for conference participants to visit with exhibitors. On Tuesday evening of the conference, we will sponsor a meet-and-greet reception in the exhibit hall for networking between exhibitors, poster presenters and conference participants.

- AV equipment, internet, and electricity.
- Also available for download through the Valley Expo website.
- Encore will honor the advanced rate for all orders received prior to March 10, 2025. The standard rate will apply for all on-site orders.
- Labor, service charge, and taxes apply to the order.
- All customers will receive a quote detailing the event order for review and consideration. They will confirm by signature and unless they add equipment to their order onsite, their event bill will be an exact match to the confirmed order. (They will receive a DocuSign and PayLink portal for convenience.)
