The National Water Quality Monitoring Council is offering registration scholarships to the 2025 National Monitoring Conference to members of the volunteer monitoring community and attendees contributing to JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion) efforts.

There are several opportunities to volunteer and engage with behind-the-scenes coordination activities for the conference. Would you like to learn more about these opportunities? Your answer does not affect award decisions.

Note: The application deadline is February 1, 2025. We hope to notify applicants about the award decision by February 21. As you await notification of a scholarship award, please register to take advantage of the early bird registration fees. There are two ways scholarship recipients can have their registration covered, 1) credit card reimbursement or 2) not pay up front. If you are able to use the reimbursement option, please click on “pay now” in the registration process. If on the other hand, paying up front is not a viable option, please select the “invoice me” option. In the event you are awarded a scholarship, the invoice with be set to zero dollars.
