Participation*
We plan for all sessions that are part of the agenda to be live during the Virtual Gathering, with all speakers present. All efforts will be made to record these for viewing after the Virtual Gathering via the app for all registered attendees (with presenter and session Champion permission). In addition, we are offering asynchronous participation for those who cannot attend the live Virtual Gathering, as an alternative if a session does not fit in the live agenda, or if presenters in a session prefer not to present live. Please indicate your preference for your session:

Additional Information for Workshops/Short Courses and Roundtable/Panel Discussions

For Workshops/Short Courses, please indicate the min/max number of participants you require, any attendee preparation needs, or any other additional information that may be helpful in our decision-making, if you are able to provide it at this time.
The total time allowed for a session is typically 90 minutes. If you feel you need longer than 90 minutes for your session, it may not be feasible during the live Virtual Gathering due to limited space in the agenda. Please provide more details about your session to explain additional time needed such as objectives, outcomes, and timelines, and the Program Committee would be happy to work with you to come up with potential options. For example, the 90-minute time slot during the Virtual Gathering could serve as an introduction to your workshop, and a longer follow-up workshop could be held after the Virtual Gathering.
